The French company Euryale has purchased the CHSLD Argyle/Saint-Lambert, located on the South Shore of Montreal, for 26.5 million dollars. The CHSLD was owned and managed by Excelsoins in Pointe-Claire, under Christian Archambault, who will keep on ensuring its day-to-day management. “[Our translation] We sold the walls, but we signed a 24-year lease with the new owners to continue our operations”, mentions Mr. Archambault, president of the group Excelsoins, in an interview with La Presse. “[Our translation] Our job is to take care of people. Real estate, it’s a heavy burden. By selling, we can generate available assets and reinvest in our business.”
This transaction was made possible thanks to the expertise of Cain Lamarre’ s professionals in real estate, tax, and transaction law.
