Daniel-François Tremblay has 34 years of experience as a lawyer and is a talented negotiator and litigator. After building a career in general civil litigation, he now practices in family and personal law.
He is always prepared to defend his clients’ interests before the courts, but prefers the collaborative law approach, the main goal of which is to help parties reach an amicable settlement. He strongly believes that a solution crafted by the parties is much more likely to meet their objectives and priorities than one imposed by a court.
