Me Eirini Michali holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal, a Bachelor of Political Science from Concordia University, and a certificate in Chinese law from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. She works in the Litigation Group at our Montréal office in administrative, professional, and disciplinary law.
Me Michali advises and represents professional orders and other regulatory bodies before various administrative and judicial tribunals. She has developed extensive experience in accompanying syndics ad hoc from the investigation to the hearing.
Furthermore, Me Michali assists organizations and institutions, including higher education institutions, in preventing and responding to events of sexual violence, discrimination and psychological harassment, and even conducts administrative investigations on these issues. Me Michali is also accredited by the Barreau du Québec to conduct investigations on psychological harassment in the workplace.
In addition to working with her clients, her interest in social justice has led her to volunteer for organizations, including legal clinics, that focus on that issue. Me Michali currently volunteers as a supervising lawyer for the Native Friendship Centre’s Legal Clinic.
