With several degrees and the recipient of numerous scholarships, including the prestigious SSHRC, Me Nicolas Aubin was admitted to the bar in 2018 and joined the Commercial Group at the Montreal office in 2022. Me Aubin conducted several research projects during his studies, mainly on the framework of new information technologies, biotechnology, and access to justice. Furthermore, Me Aubin has completed numerous internships with public and charitable organizations and with the Superior Court.

With a strong background in computer science, Me Aubin practises mainly in the areas of data privacy, business law and access to information. With excellent critical thinking, honesty, and curiosity, Me Aubin is often the contact person in matters of personal data protection. Creative, dedicated, and rigorous in his approach, Me Aubin is driven by a desire to learn more about legal and technical issues.

In his spare time, Me Aubin enjoys running, swimming, and of course, computer coding. The protection of the environment, the regulation of artificial intelligence, the protection of privacy, fairness and the computerization of the judicial system are some of the causes and focuses that are important to him.
