Thomas Dougherty joined our firm in 2017. His practice is primarily focused in civil and commercial litigation and aboriginal law. His experience allows him to practice in civil and commercial litigation in the fields of maritime law and insurance law. In addition to these qualifications in civil and common law, Thomas Dougherty holds a bachelor's degree in public affairs and international relations from Université Laval. He also completed part of his studies in Finland and Germany where he studied international law and comparative law. In addition to French and English, he speaks German and Portuguese.
