M^e Thomas-Olivier Gaboury holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval. He joined the Corporate and Transactional Group in the Quebec City office after gaining experience with one of Quebec’s largest companies involved in digital transformation for businesses. Attentive and accessible, M^e Gaboury practices business law, including commercial, corporate, tax and transactional law.

A young and dynamic ally, M^e Gaboury specializes in the commercial, telecommunications and technology, and entertainment sectors. Within the framework of his practice, he is also interested in arts and new technologies law.

Meticulous and determined, M^e Gaboury is also known for his open-mindedness. His desire to give his best and to bring his cases to a successful conclusion pushes him to go further in his reasoning and to take the time to identify potential pitfalls.
