Émilie Villeneuve

Émilie Villeneuve has over 20 years’ experience in human capital management, occupational health and safety, and strategic coaching for organizations.

She has been with the law firm since 2019, where she is known for her professional demeanour and detail-oriented approach. Over the years, her professional drive enabled her to rise through the ranks to become Senior Director of Human Capital. Ms. Villeneuve plays a leading role in the creation of healthy, inclusive, high-performance workplaces. Her contributions were instrumental in winning Dialogue en 2025’s “Excellence in Organizational Health” award.

Before joining Cain Lamarre, Ms. Villeneuve worked in various sectors including manufacturing, leisure and the service industry. She has held several key positions in the field of human resources, as well as in the prevention and management of occupational injuries. She is recognized for her analytical skills and positive leadership, as well as her ability to build long-lasting, collaborative relationships based on trust.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and the title of CHRP, and is known for her personable, motivational, detail-oriented approach.
