Jean-Sébastien Blais

Jean-Sébastien Blais has held the position of Senior Director of Business Development since 2015. With a sharp strategic mind and extensive experience in business relationship management, he actively contributes to the firm’s growth, positioning and visibility.
Before joining Cain Lamarre, Mr. Blais worked in human resources, consulting and private healthcare, before deciding to specialize in sales and strategic marketing. Over the course of his career, he has held management roles in organizations such as Medisys and PragmaRH, where he earned a reputation for his negotiating skills, his ability to quickly grasp organizational issues and his human-oriented approach.
Mr. Blais has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval. Highly involved in his community, he has served on the boards of the Fondation Saint-François and the Corporation du Séminaire Saint-François.
