Lawyer

A young lawyer with a passion for the law, Adèle Blackburn joined Cain Lamarre’s Outaouais office as an articling student in November 2024, then as a lawyer in February 2025. Her practice is focused on Labour and Employment Law for employers in her native region and in various fields such as health and social services, municipal and institutional settings, and the private sector. Motivated by human contact, she is happy to travel throughout the Outaouais region to meet her clients in person.
Her colleagues describe her as passionate, attentive and driven. She’s always prepared to go the extra mile for her clients, whether in cases of prevention, occupational health and safety management or litigation. As the daughter of teachers, she has always enjoyed sharing her knowledge with others and takes great care with explaining legal concepts to her clients.
Ms. Blackburn has a certificate in criminology and a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval. During her studies there, she was also a tutor in administrative law and head mentor at the Centre de soutien des étudiants en droit.
