
Alain Ménard

Alain Ménard, lawyer and consulting partner, has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1979.
He founded and managed Cain Lamarre’s Tax Group for many years. His career began at the federal Department of Justice, where he represented the Canada Revenue Agency for several years. He then held the positions of vice-president of the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail and president of the Société québécoise de récupération et de recyclage. He is recognized for his delegation skills and his penchant for teamwork, both of which are essential for developing and maintaining expertise within the tax team.
