
Alex Vandal-Milette

Alex Vandal-Milette has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2017 and a part of the Cain Lamarre team since 2024. Prior to joining us, he worked for several boutique law firms in Montreal, where he developed expertise in professional law ranging from professional discipline to strategic advice for professional orders.
He is regularly called upon to represent his clients in administrative and judicial proceedings. Thanks to his Master’s degree in Health Law and Policy, he has in-depth knowledge of sexual misconduct cases involving professionals.
Mr. Vandal-Milette is much appreciated for his listening skills, meticulous approach and intellectual honesty. These qualities, combined with his in-depth knowledge of contemporary case law, inspire unwavering confidence in his clients. Mr. Vandal-Milette is a recipient of the Governor General’s Academic Medal and the Lieutenant-Governor’s Youth Medal.
Throughout his career, and even in his early life, Mr. Vandal-Milette has always been involved in his community, whether it be by volunteering for organizations that work to defend the interests of the LGBTQIA2+ community, or by acting as chair of the board of directors of the Cégep de Sorel-Tracy. In his free time, Mr. Vandal-Milette is passionate about road cycling, coffee in every form, running, cross-country skiing and the arts, including theatre, literature and cinema.
