Alexandre Gauthier

Alexandre Gauthier was called to the Quebec Bar in 2020. Ever since then, he has been practising Transportation Law with a focus on road transport. He specializes in permit applications, the rules that apply to owners, operators and drivers of heavy vehicles, criminal offences in Quebec and elsewhere, and representation before criminal and civil courts.

Mr. Gauthier is highly involved in the transportation industry, regularly publishing legal columns in various trade magazines and taking part in activities organized by the Association du camionnage du Québec. He co-authored the legal text L’encadrement légal du transport routier par véhicules lourds au Québec and also gives talks and leads training sessions on Transportation Law. Mr. Gauthier is dedicated, hard-working and determined, and places the individual at the heart of his practice in order to find winning strategies for each and every one of his clients.

Mr. Gauthier earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Université Laval in 2020, where he was named to the Honour Roll. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as river canoeing, canoe camping, hunting and fishing.
