Andréa Minville

Andréa Minville specializes in personal and family law. She studied at Université Laval, was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020 and is now part of the family and personal law group at the Rimouski firm.

She is known for her empathetic, personalized approach to cases involving adoption, de facto spouses, filiation, child custody, access rights, division of property rights, alimony, youth protection, separation and divorce. Her listening skills and ability to understand each client’s individual needs make her a valuable ally. 

Before joining Cain Lamarre in 2022, Mrs. Minville acquired significant experience at a boutique firm in Matane. Known for her thoroughness and organization, she monitors all her cases closely, creating unbreakable bonds of trust with her clients. She is known for her integrity, perseverance and responsiveness, and for handling sensitive issues with candour. She also has a particular gift for explaining complex subjects to her clients.
