Andréa Provencher

Andréa Provencher has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2022 and is known for her leadership and management skills. She practises civil and commercial litigation, as well as professional law, and is particularly interested in extraordinary remedies such as injunctions, contempt of court, judicial review appeals and applications for declaratory judgment.

Among her more notable projects, Mrs. Provencher regularly represents and assists professional orders and self-regulatory organizations in criminal proceedings for illegal practice of the profession, and with extraordinary remedies in administrative and civil law. She is known for managing projects efficiently, thereby ensuring high-quality services and complete client satisfaction. Meticulous and thorough by nature, she also values teamwork and excels at mobilizing her colleagues to make progress on cases. 

Mrs. Provencher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Sherbrooke. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she enjoys running and cycling in the great outdoors.
