Andrée-Ann Thomas has been a member of the Bar since 2017 and joined Cain Lamarre’s business law team in 2021. She is originally from the Eastern Townships, and her Sherbrooke office serves SMEs throughout Quebec. Her work covers all stages of corporate life, from incorporation to sale, by way of tax reorganizations and shareholder agreements.
As part of her practice, Mrs. Thomas uses her scientific knowledge to advise her clients, most of whom are professionals in the fields of dentistry, veterinary medicine, optometry, medicine and physiotherapy. She also has the privilege of assisting entrepreneurs in various sectors such as construction, real estate, transportation, the agri-food industry and information technology.
As a former top-level athlete, Mrs. Thomas knows how to push her limits, handle pressure and work as part of a team to serve her clients’ interests.
