Annie Champagne

After being admitted to the Chambre des notaires in 2010, Annie Champagne joined Cain Lamarre’s Montreal office in 2015, where she focuses primarily on drafting and implementing mortgage security for both movable and immovable property. She also acts as a legal adviser to developers, promoters and investors in real estate acquisitions.

Ms. Champagne is involved in various large-scale real estate projects, from due diligence to concluding the deeds of sale required for the delivery of condominium units. Her experiences have given her a solid foundation in Real Estate Law, particularly financing. She is highly sought after as a lawyer, and her availability, sensitivity and attention to detail are greatly appreciated by her clients. She is also know for her professional rigour and efficient management of complex cases.

Ms. Champagne has a degree in Notarial Law from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor of Laws from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
