
Anthony D’Arrisso
Tax Lawyer

Anthony D’Arrisso has been practising tax law in the Montreal office since 2025. Prior to joining Cain Lamarre, he worked for a leading accounting firm specializing in international, Canadian and M&A taxation. Through this experience, he was able to develop extensive expertise that enables him to advise a wide range of clients today.
His practice is focused primarily on tax planning, consulting and corporate reorganizations. Professional, ambitious and dynamic, Mr. D’Arrisso is known for his entrepreneurial spirit. Having previously worked independently in the area of business law, he has developed an excellent sense of customer service and built up a solid network of connections in the legal field. He is particularly interested in working with Quebec-based SMEs and prioritizes the building of close relationships with his clients.
Before being called to the Bar in 2021, Mr. D’Arrisso earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa (cum laude), and a Master of Laws in Taxation from HEC Montréal (with honours). Outside of work, you can find him on the golf course, at the gym or skeet shooting. Mr. D’Arrisso is also committed to supporting the next generation of lawyers and enjoys helping others.
