Ariane Gagnon

Ariane Gagnon practises corporate and transactional law in the Sherbrooke office’s business group. Her varied background enables her to bring a strategic vision to her practice. She is particularly well known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, which set her apart from many other professionals in her field.

Mrs. Gagnon works mainly with small and medium-sized businesses throughout Quebec, including health care organizations, on a wide range of cases including assistance with all stages of a transaction, business incorporation, drafting service agreements and analyzing commercial leases. Her experience in the dental field has given her an in-depth understanding of the issues that professional practices face. As a native of Valleyfield, she is perfectly bilingual, which enables her to serve a wide range of clients. 

Mrs. Gagnon holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke. Outside of her legal practice, Mrs. Gagnon enjoys outdoor activities, travelling, cooking and reading. She is also passionate about nature, especially the marine mammals of the St. Lawrence River.
