Ariane Trottier, a lawyer specializing in tax litigation, was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2017. She supports individuals and companies in disputes with tax authorities at the administrative, judicial, provincial and federal levels. Her practice covers a wide variety of taxation issues, including general taxes, consumption and fuel taxes, withholding taxes and voluntary disclosures. Meticulous and determined, she knows that attention to detail can make all the difference in getting the results you want. She is also keen to share her knowledge, teaching tax administration and the principles governing the relations between taxpayers and tax authorities through the Association de planification fiscale et financière.
After completing a Certificate in Business Administration, Ms. Trottier obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She then went on to complete an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Taxation, as well as a Master of Laws in Taxation from HEC Montréal.
