Cécile Fradette

After being admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2017, Cécile Fradette began her career at the Quebec City offices of Cain Lamarre, where she still works today. Mrs. Fradette specializes in labour and employment law. She advises and represents employers on labour relations and occupational health and safety issues. She works in a variety of sectors, including agri-food, business services, municipalities and the wood industry.

Her determination and stress management skills enable Mrs. Fradette to take on large-scale cases and handle multiple cases at the same time, sometimes with very tight deadlines. Mrs. Fradette is known for her efficiency, enthusiasm and charisma. Her clients appreciate her listening and communication skills. Mrs. Fradette isn’t afraid to speak the truth, but she also knows how to reassure her clients and suggest solutions to their problems.

Cécile Fradette graduated from Université Laval’s Bachelor of Laws program in 2016 and was named to the Honour Roll, as one of the 20 students with the highest GPA in her year. Active and energetic, Mrs. Fradette is very involved on both a professional and a personal level. She is a member of the public affairs committee of the Jeune Barreau de Québec and the board of directors of the Association de tennis Sainte-Foy-Sillery.
