
Charles Desrosiers

Charles Desrosiers is a native of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region. In his practice, he handles cases dealing with commercial litigation, labour and employment law, and health law. In this capacity, Mr. Desrosiers has represented numerous companies in complex commercial disputes. He has also helped employers deal with occupational health and safety violations and manage labour disputes.
His ability to analyze situations from different angles and suggest effective, practical solutions makes him very popular with his clients. His knowledge of the Bas-Saint-Laurent business community is invaluable in his work.
Mr. Desrosiers received his Law degree from Université Laval in 2020 and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2021. During his studies, he was a research assistant for the Corporate Governance Research Chair. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his community, most notably as a member of the boards of directors of the Pionniers Football du Cégep de Rimouski, the Service alternatif d’intégration et de maintien en emploi (SAIME) and the Atout Services organization.
