Lawyer

Christelle Leblanc was called to the Quebec Bar in 2008 and practises in our Quebec City office. Her practice focuses on collective bargaining, the constitutionality of collective bargaining regimes, collective and individual labour relations, and occupational health and safety. Mrs. Leblanc uses her in-depth knowledge of the public administration, public and private education, and manufacturing sectors to help her clients achieve their goals.
Among her more noteworthy cases, Mrs. Leblanc has negotiated complex collective agreements in the public and private sectors, represented government authorities in various appeals related to the constitutionality of collective bargaining regimes, and advised private companies on the management of employment injuries. In 2022, she was named a 5-Star Safety Lawyer by Canadian Occupational Safety in recognition of her outstanding expertise in the field of occupational health and safety.
Christelle Leblanc holds a Law degree and an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is known for her unique expertise gained from working as a corporate human resources manager in both the private and public sectors. This experience helped shape the practical, pragmatic approach she takes to her legal practice today. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cycling and learning more about wine, when time permits. She also has a special place in her heart for the Alicia Mercier Foundation, which supports research on medications and protocols to treat rare pediatric cancers.
