Cynthia Ayotte is a graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke and Université Montpellier I in France. She joined Cain Lamarre at the Sherbrooke office in 2011 before moving to the office in Rouyn-Noranda, her hometown, in 2014. Mrs. Ayotte practises in commercial and corporate affairs, as well as commercial financing.
Over the course of her practice, Mrs. Ayotte has had the opportunity to support and advise clients from all walks of life in various areas of commercial and corporate law, including the acquisition and sale of businesses of all sizes. This experience highlights her ability to draft complex commercial agreements. Mrs. Ayotte also handles reorganizations for a wide range of companies from the simplest to the most complex, a process in which her analytical skills and attention to detail prove invaluable. In addition, Mrs. Ayotte provides assistance with the setting up of commercial financing arrangements. She values the close relationships she builds with her clients, always keeping their best interests at heart. Her organized, thorough, detail-oriented approach serves them well.
Outside of her practice, Cynthia Ayotte has a passion for travel. She also enjoys cycling, billiards, reading and live music.
