Daniel Têtu joined the legal profession in 1985, and has extensive experience as a legal adviser both to private companies and to public organizations. He works in a variety of sectors, including government, construction, healthcare and real estate. He is particularly well known for his expertise in estate and real estate litigation.

Mr. Têtu’s in-depth knowledge of the Law and ability to come up with effective legal strategies make him a valuable ally in any situation. Past projects include the negotiating, drafting and implementing of partnerships, reorganizations and contractual agreements for his clients. He has also contributed to the drafting of regulatory and legislative texts impacting his areas of expertise.

Mr. Têtu has a Notarial Law degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval. In addition to his professional practice, he contributes to the legal community through conferences and publications. Mr. Têtu has taught both Securities Law and Estate Law at Université Laval, and has held a number of management positions in well-known companies. He has been the chair of the boards of directors of both GIT Société and the Centre de prévention du suicide de Québec, demonstrating his commitment to the profession as well as the community.
