
Diane Serres
Lawyer

Diane Serres advises clients on a wide range of immigration law issues, assisting employers with the recruitment of foreign workers, and individuals with their applications for temporary and permanent residency in Canada. She practises in the Immigration Law Group at the Saguenay office.
Ms. Serres has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2011 and has experience in a wide range of professional contexts, both in private and corporate practice, and in different areas of Law, including civil and commercial litigation and Commercial Law. As a result, she has developed cross-disciplinary skills, particularly in the area of human resources, as well as knowledge of the corporate and business world.
Ms. Serres has a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law and a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Law and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Business Law from Université Laval. In addition to her professional practice, she is committed to volunteering in the community by participating in various organizations and boards of directors. She currently serves as vice-chair of the board of directors for the Les Petits Cailloux childcare centre. She was also part of the first cohort of the Saguenay-Le Fjord Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s “Feminine Leadership” program, before going on to become its ambassador.
