Dounia Akkabi

Dounia Akkabi joined Cain Lamarre’s Rouyn-Noranda office in 2019. Her practice focuses on Commercial, Corporate and Transactional Business Law, assisting companies at every stage of their growth. Professional, detail-oriented and hard-working, Ms. Akkabi attaches great importance to her clients’ needs and goals.

She frequently takes part in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, as well as the drafting and reviewing of complex contractual documents. Ms. Akkabi has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Montréal and a Certificate in Financial Management from the renowned London School of Economics. She is also pursuing a Master of Laws in Taxation at the Université de Sherbrooke. In her spare time, Ms. Akkabi devotes herself to her passion for the arts and travel.
