Félix Aubé-Cornut

Félix Aubé-Cornut studied in Argentina and Spain. He was called to the Quebec Bar in 2020 and joined the firm after articling. Mr. Aubé-Cornut practises mainly Business and Transactional Law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups and the protection of personal information. He is known for his ability to draw up all kinds of corporate documents and commercial contracts.

Mr. Aubé-Cornut has played a key role in many major transactions, providing effective, innovative solutions to the challenges his clients face. He excels at advising start-ups, helping them navigate legal complexities and structure their operations for optimal growth. His interest in all aspects of entrepreneurship enables him to make suggestions that go beyond simply offering legal support. 

Mr. Aubé-Cornut has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval, and is passionate about environmental issues and the fight against climate change. He sits on the environmental committee of the Jeune Barreau de Québec and is also pursuing an MBA in Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and taking part in environmental initiatives, reinforcing his commitment to protecting our planet.
