François Nantel

François Nantel joined Cain Lamarre’s Montreal office in 2014. Since then, he has successfully represented his clients before all the provincial courts.
Mr. Nantel specializes in real estate and extraordinary remedies, such as seizures before judgment and injunctions. Known for his efficiency and results, Mr. Nantel takes an approach combining legal rigour and personal dedication to offer his clients solutions tailored to their needs. He is also certified as a mediator and an arbitrator, and is therefore ready to resort to negotiation and/or conflict resolution as appropriate.
Mr. Nantel graduated from the Université de Montréal with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2010. In addition to his legal practice, he teaches at the Quebec Bar School and regularly publishes articles on a variety of legal topics.
