Gabrielle Le Chasseur is a lawyer and manager specializing in professional development and legal talent management. Since 2023, she has held the position of Professional Practice Manager at Cain Lamarre, where she is responsible for the optimization of internal processes and talent management within the firm.
With a background in talent management, organizational development and legal operations, Ms. Le Chasseur is dedicated to improving the effectiveness of our legal teams and supporting the overall performance of our organization. She implements strategies designed to foster the development of the legal practice while supporting the professional growth of its employees.
Alongside her duties at the firm, Ms. Le Chasseur is also involved in education as a workshop leader at the Université de Sherbrooke’s Faculty of Law, where she contributes to students’ professional development.
