Gaétan Boivin

Gaétan Boivin is a native of Notre-Dame-de-la-Doré in the Lac-Saint-Jean region and has an exceptional ability to inspire confidence and build strong relationships with his clients. His practice focuses on Commercial and Business Law, financing, reorganizations, freezes and trusts, with particular expertise in car dealerships.

Mr. Boivin is friendly and approachable, which makes him very popular with his clients. He is deeply involved in his community and sits on several boards of directors, including that of the Fondation de l’Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, where he also serves as secretary. Mr. Boivin holds a Licentiate in Civil Law and a degree in Notarial Law from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is dedicated to providing personalized service by making regular in-person visits to his clients. Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Boivin is interested in aviation, and has been a model aircraft enthusiast since childhood. He also enjoys reading and music, discovering and sharing new artists with friends and clients.
