Jean-Félix Teasdale

Jean-Félix Teasdale has been practising law in Montreal since 2018, with a specialty in Transactional Real Estate Law. He is widely known for his approachability, positive outlook, team spirit and ability to bring people together. He excels at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Among his more notable cases, Mr. Teasdale has arranged financing on behalf of numerous financial institutions and private lenders. He also works with developers, promoters and investors to set up venture capital investment funds, create and implement partnerships, and sell and acquire assets, buildings and businesses. 

With a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, Mr. Teasdale continues to learn and grow by giving back to his community and his profession. He is a member of the firm’s university recruitment team and is also involved with ImmoHEC. In his spare time, he likes to stay in shape by running and taking part in marathons.
