Jean Leclerc
Lawyer
Jean Leclerc has extensive experience in Real Estate, Commercial and Construction Law. He acts as a legal adviser to developers, buyers and sellers of real estate projects. Mr. Leclerc is involved in the development, financing, construction, sale, acquisition and leasing of commercial, industrial and multi-residential real estate projects.
With a background in one of Canada’s largest diversified real estate investment trusts, Mr. Leclerc has substantial expertise in the management and development of commercial properties in Quebec and Canada. His analytical mind, legal rigour and professionalism are invaluable in his day-to-day work, in which he prioritizes active listening and sharing ideas to create bonds of trust with his clients.
Mr. Leclerc has a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Business Law degree from Université Laval, and also completed his training at the Quebec Bar School. He is very involved in youth causes, and was a member of the board of directors for the Fondation des Camps Odyssée from 2009 to 2016, an organization dedicated to developing independence and leadership in young people by supporting the summer camp experience.
