Joël Brassard-Morissette was called to the Quebec Bar since 2009, and practises at the Montreal office. After earning his Law degree, he gained significant experience in strategic consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations. As a result, he has in-depth expertise in Labour and Employment Law and occupational health and safety, making him a valuable asset to the Labour and Employment Group.
Since joining Cain Lamarre, Mr. Brassard-Morissette has focused his practice on occupational health and safety, collective and individual labour relations, and pay equity. His focus on his clients’ needs helps them achieve the optimal outcome in cases related to occupational health and safety. He builds close relationships with his clients by establishing a climate of trust right from the start.
Mr. Brassard-Morissette earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2008.
