Julie Lapointe

Julie Lapointe has been practising Law since 2000 and is an associate with Cain Lamarre in Sept-Îles, where she focuses on Business Law, Transactional Law and Financing. Among her many notable accomplishments, Ms. Lapointe has drafted contracts for a variety of companies, managed corporate buy-sell transactions, overseen structural reorganizations and assisted venture capital firms with their investments.

Ms. Lapointe is known for her professional rigour, conscientiousness and efficiency, and is supported by a dedicated team. Her ability to listen to and understand her clients’ needs ensures that she meets and even surpasses their expectations, finding the best possible solution for every case. Her personalized approach and project management skills make her a valuable advocate for her clients.

Ms. Lapointe has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval and is also very involved in her community. She has been a director of the Fondation de l’École Les Sources and the Caisse populaire Desjardins de Sept-Îles, and is an active supporter of causes such as child development and education, as well as the fight against breast cancer, most notably through her involvement in the “Québec Ville en Rose” initiative. She is also interested in management and sustainable development.
