Julie Robert is a tax lawyer specializing in Commercial, Tax and Transactional Law. She practises at the Cain Lamarre office in Montreal, where she is known for her expertise in transactional taxes, tax and estate planning, as well as tax reorganizations. Ms. Robert excels at proposing practical solutions that are tailored to her clients’ economic realities, whether they be trusts, not-for-profit organizations or business acquisition and sale transactions. Her practice also covers the creation of real estate development holding companies, as well as the creation of real estate partnerships and real estate investment funds.

Before joining Cain Lamarre, Ms. Robert acquired solid experience in civil and tax litigation, which enables her to anticipate potential litigation risks in the cases she takes on today. She has successfully completed numerous complex transactions and tax reorganizations, demonstrating her determination and efficiency.
