Julien Poirier-Falardeau has been a lawyer since 2013 and practises at our Montreal office, where he specializes in litigation, Construction Law and Real Estate Law. His ability to explain complex concepts in layman’s terms and provide precise, efficient responses to his clients’ needs are what set him apart in his practice. Mr. Poirier-Falardeau has advised and represented commercial lessors in litigation and negotiations, and managed injunctions and other extraordinary remedies in real estate and contract matters. He has also represented professional orders and various players in the construction industry, as well as advising developers in latent defect litigation.
Mr. Poirier-Falardeau is a dedicated and active in his field. As a speaker, he shares his expertise on various legal aspects of commercial leasing.
