Léa Winckelmans

Léa Winckelmans was called to the Quebec Bar in 2024 and practises Labour and Employment Law in the Quebec City office. Ms. Winckelmans is known for her proactive approach to every case, whether it be in occupational health and safety or labour relations. A rigorous, dedicated lawyer, Ms. Winckelmans is also known amongst her peers for her perseverance and motivation. She attacks each case with the same enthusiasm, determined to explore every avenue possible to obtain the information she needs. As a result, she is able to conduct an in-depth, comprehensive analysis of the legal issues at hand.

Ms. Winckelmans is passionate about politics and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a combined Bachelor’s in Public Affairs and International Relations degree, both from Université Laval. Ms. Winckelmans was also named to the Dean’s List of Social Sciences, in recognition of her outstanding academic achievements.

Having grown up with a foot in two cultures and travelled extensively throughout Europe, Ms. Winckelmans has developed a uniquely open-minded approach, which reinforces her ability to adapt and analyze complex situations.
