Lyne St-Laurent

Ms. St-Laurent is a partner in the firm and has 25 years’ experience in Business Law and taxation. Passionate about coaching entrepreneurs, she has become a key strategic adviser for many of her clients, guiding them through the countless complexities of the business world. Ms. St-Laurent provides strategic advice to a diverse clientele, including health care professionals.

Her career has led her to prestigious positions in renowned legal and accounting firms such as EY and KPMG, where she honed her skills in taxation, the buying and selling of businesses, corporate reorganizations, estate freezing and the setting up of trusts. Well aware of the importance of knowledge sharing, she acts as a guest speaker and panelist at various events, captivating her audiences with her valuable advice and innovative strategies. Her passion for the Law and commitment to her clients make her an invaluable ally for those who wish to successfully navigate the complex business landscape. With a unique blend of technical expertise and a human approach, she transforms legal challenges into strategic opportunities. 

Ms. St-Laurent holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from HEC and a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is an active member of the Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF). She sits on the board of directors of Halo Dental Technologies. In addition, she has previously been part of the supervisory board for the Caisse populaire Desjardins de l’Ouest de Laval. Outside her legal practice, she shares her expertise on various committees and gives talks on administrative and financial management in the dental field. She is involved in her community and participates in various events for causes related to social pediatrics.
