Originally from Dégelis, Marylou Jean-Beaulieu moved to Quebec City in 2015 before returning to the Bas-Saint-Laurent region to be closer to her family. She practices Business Law, commercial financing and Agricultural Law at the Rivière-du-Loup office. Enthusiastic and attentive, Ms. Jean-Beaulieu stands out for her ability to explain complex legal information in plain language, and her creative approach to meeting her clients’ needs.
Since joining Cain Lamarre, Ms. Jean-Beaulieu has acquired solid professional experience in corporate reorganization, particularly for agricultural businesses. Her expertise and skills have also led her to handle a variety of complex commercial financing cases. She has assisted a number of clients with applications for authorization and declarations to the Commission de protection du territoire agricole. She is recognized for her professionalism, empathy and transparency, qualities that help her build trusting relationships with her clients.
Ms. Jean-Beaulieu has a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Notarial Law from Université Laval. Outside of her legal practice, she is also dedicated to her community. She is actively involved in a number of local projects, notably as vice-president of her village’s local development committee.
