Nathalie Roy

Nathalie Roy has had an impressive and varied career marked by her commitment to access to justice and legal education. Since January 2024, she has held the position of Director of Knowledge Management and Practice Transformation at Cain Lamarre, where she uses her expertise to guide modernization and innovation initiatives within the firm.

Before joining Cain Lamarre, Ms. Roy founded Éducaloi, a legal education organization, which she directed for many years. Under her leadership, Éducaloi enriched access to legal information in Quebec considerably, most notably through a wide range of educational projects and initiatives to simplify legal language for the general public. Ms. Roy has also received a number of prestigious distinctions, including the Mérite du Barreau du Québec and the Avocate émérite (Ad. E.).

Fascinated by politics and social justice, Ms. Roy has always been a firm believer that the transformation of society depends on the simplification of the law and access to fair justice for all. Throughout her career, she has been a driving force for change, contributing to the evolution of legal practices and pro bono involvement in the community.
