Nelson Bergeron

A partner specializing in Business Law, Mr. Bergon is recognized for his expertise in corporate mergers and acquisitions, financing and complex corporate reorganizations of private companies. A graduate of Université Laval and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2018, he is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services with an emphasis on excellence and professional rigour.

Mr. Bergeron joined the Cain Lamarre team in 2023, where he uses his skills to serve a wide range of clients, particularly in the construction, franchise and tech industries.
