Olivier Hébert

Olivier Hébert is known for his expertise in the fields of administrative law, labour relations and litigation. He specializes in the health and social services sector. His practice covers a wide range of areas ranging from corporate governance to hospital and medical liability.

This versatility makes him a valuable asset for health care establishments and other partners in the Quebec health and social services network, to whom he provides strategic advice on complex issues. His mastery of employment law also enables him to effectively assist numerous employers in human resources management, bringing added value to his diverse clientele. 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Hébert has successfully represented his clients before all the Quebec courts, several administrative tribunals and coroners’ inquests. His professional experience with a number of well-known firms has broadened his perspective on complex legal issues. He is also known for his intellectual contributions, notably at conferences targeting the clients he serves, reflecting his desire to contribute to the success of his clients and partners, as well as to the advancement of knowledge. 

Mr. Hébert holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval and is actively involved in his community. He sits on the board of directors of the Fondation Santé de Rimouski. He was the chair of the board of directors for Réseau Accès Crédit, and was also a member of the board of Moisson Rimouski-Neigette for nearly 10 years.
