Patrice Picard

Patrice Picard is a lawyer and partner at Cain Lamarre’s Montreal office. A recognized leader in Real Estate Law with many years’ experience, Mr. Picard is uniquely qualified to assist his clients with all types of real estate transactions. He is regularly involved in developing joint venture and ownership structures for mixed-use real estate developments. He has also developed in-depth expertise in telecom network deployment, and regularly advises companies in this sector.

His clients in the real estate industry find in him a conscientious adviser who knows the industry and the issues they face. In addition to investors, developers, executives and crown corporations, Mr. Picard also advises major retailers and various public and private companies. Mr. Picard has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1992. He is known for his expertise in the fields of Real Estate Law, Business Law and financing. He is a member of the boards of directors of the Centre Cinéma Impérial and the Institut de développement urbain du Québec (IDU), and also volunteers his time to assist with real estate development projects for non-profit organizations in the performing arts sector.
