Since 2010, Patrick Blouin has developed particular expertise in Business Law, Real Estate Law, Transactional Law and financing. His work is focused mainly on sales, mergers and acquisitions of companies (shares or assets), the implementation of corporate structures and the drafting of shareholder agreements.
Mr. Blouin is involved in many aspects of commercial real estate development, including sales, acquisitions, leases, financing and due diligence. He also represents numerous clients in the fishing industry and manages cases for real estate companies, professional firms and hotels. Mr. Blouin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval, sits on the board of several real estate and hotel companies, and is actively involved in his community, notably as a member of the organizing committee for the 57th Finale des Jeux du Québec in Rimouski in 2022.
