Rosalie Richard-Roy practises primarily Business Law at Cain Lamarre’s Val-d’Or office. She has experience working with SMEs, public institutions and major corporations. Her versatility and ability to assess every facet of a case before proposing an appropriate solution to her clients make her an invaluable business partner.
Ms. Richard-Roy also conducts administrative investigations into psychological harassment, sexual harassment, incivility and sexual violence. She is certified by the Quebec Bar to investigate psychological harassment in the workplace, and assists various employers including institutions of higher education by acting as an independent investigator. Her curiosity, professionalism and meticulous nature have earned her the respect of her clients and colleagues alike.
Ms. Richard-Roy was called to the Quebec Bar in 2020, and has both a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Université de Sherbrooke. Ms. Richard-Roy is very involved in her community, taking part in a number of internal initiatives at Cain Lamarre, mainly in the area of recruitment.
