Stéphanie Grondin

Since joining the Montreal office in 2022, Stéphanie Grondin has established herself as a key figure in Real Estate Law.

Over the course of her career, she has successfully navigated numerous complex financing and acquisition files, working with both local and national firms, as well as financial institutions and title insurance companies.

As manager of the title examination team for the entire firm, Ms. Grondin stands out for her exceptional management, organization and coordination skills. Her ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team, combined with her meticulous, detail-oriented approach, attest to the highest level of professionalism. She is the embodiment of the saying, “Anything worth doing is worth doing well. ” 

A graduate of Université Laval, where she earned a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Graduate Diploma in Notarial Law, Stéphanie Grondin has a solid academic background. This theoretical foundation and her practical experience add considerable value to her notarial practice. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Ms. Grondin volunteers as a public writer at the Plateau-Mont-Royal Library, where she uses her skills to give back to the community. She is passionate about theatre, cooking, reading, visual arts and literature, in which she finds both inspiration and balance.
