Thomas Blackburn-Boily began his career as a Law student and articling student at Cain Lamarre before officially joining the firm as a lawyer at the Chicoutimi office in 2024. Since his arrival at the firm, he has focused his practice on Health Law.
He is an undeniable asset to the team, and is seen by colleagues and clients as responsive, a good listener and attentive to his clients’ needs. His curiosity led him to study Law to better understand the various judicial institutions.
Mr. Blackburn-Boily has a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Life Sciences and Law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke. During his studies, he was a recipient of the Roy Scholarship and winner of the Laskin moot court competition. He is actively involved in his community, notably through the research ethics committee at the Cégep de Jonquière.
