William Robitaille

William Robitaille’s extensive academic career and unwavering commitment ensured that he quickly made a name for himself in the field of Tax Law. Working at the Rouyn-Noranda office, Mr. Robitaille focuses primarily on transactional taxation, tax, financial and estate planning, and tax reorganizations. His meticulous, analytical approach serves his clients well when it comes to resolving complex tax issues. Mr. Robitaille’s determination is what truly sets him apart. He embodies a new generation of professionals who are bringing a refreshing enthusiasm to the world of Tax Law. His eagerness to learn and dedication to his clients make him a valuable addition to the team. 

Before joining Cain Lamarre in 2023, Mr. Robitaille gained valuable experience as an assistant auditor at Trudel Lapointe Collard in 2022. His academic career led him to the position of vice-president of finance and partnerships on the UQAT Jeux du Commerce committee in 2021-2022. 

Mr. Robitaille went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue in 2022. He then continued his studies with a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke, which he completed in 2023, giving him greater insight into a variety of tax matters. Outside his professional practice, Mr. Robitaille is actively involved in his community and continues to participate in a number of projects and activities.
