Called to the Quebec Bar in 2021, Anaïs L'Heureux-Lefebvre specializes in labour and employment law. Since returning to her native Outaouais region two years ago, she has remained fully committed to her clients, not hesitating to travel as her cases require. Her approach is shaped by her sincere desire to understand her clients’ specific needs and the regional realities they face.

Known for her active listening, availability and human approach, Ms. L'Heureux-Lefebvre’s focus is on helping her clients by providing legal solutions that are adapted to their situation. She offers strategic advice to employers in the municipal, private and not-for-profit (NPO) sectors. She has also developed a high level of expertise in labour relations and human resources management, as well as crisis management, where her thoughtful approach is very effective at defusing conflicts before they can escalate. Ms. L’Heureux-Lefebvre has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ottawa. Outside of her practice, she is passsionate about downhill skiing and travelling
