Called to the Quebec Bar in 2020, Me Aurélia Vallette Grisel practises business law in the Commercial, Corporate and Transactional groups at the Montreal office. Me Vallette Grisel’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate law, trusts, mergers and acquisitions, transactional law, and financing.
Me Vallette Grisel first studied in France, where she obtained a French law degree and a university diploma in Anglo-American law. She then continued her training in Canada, receiving a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in International Law in Montreal, where Me Vallette Grisel decided to settle. Over the course of her career, she has acquired experience through numerous mandates, particularly in the implementation of corporate and tax reorganizations, bookkeeping and drafting multiple shareholder agreements, which enabled her to develop a sound foundation in the field.
